Description

The Beneteau First 20 was the latest and most advanced of the hugely successful First 210 / 211 / 21.7 series. They are super little cruising yachts, with useful accommodation and sparkling performance, with a lift keel ideal for exploring shallow waters, and twin rudders giving excellent feel and handling. 'Elvira' is presented in very good condition for her age and has an impressive inventory including a road trailer, larger than standard Suzuki 6hp outboard, TackTick wind/depth/speed instruments, and Lowrance GPS plotter.

Accommodation

The accommodation is simply laid out and offers four berths with sitting headroom. The cabin consists of two saloon berths running aft with stowage beneath. Forward are two storage areas to port and starboard and a forepeak double berth (with mattress topper) with space for a chemical toilet (included) and storage beneath. Light and ventilation are provided by a circular fore hatch, two fixed portlights and a central cabin light. Alpi Teck blond cabinetry, cream linings, turquoise upholstery and beige curtains. Two sleeping bags.

Construction

Beneteau First 20 built in 2012 for the 2013 model year by Beneteau Yachts to a design by Groupe Finot. Blue GRP hull with yellow style stripes. White GRP superstructure with moulded non-slip to decks. Lifting keel. Tiller steering to twin lifting rudders. Simulated teak toe rail. Aft self-draining cockpit.

The engine was last serviced in Spring 2021 and has been lightly used since.
